Municipal Court is held on Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Phillipsburg City Office at 945 Second Street.

    City Office, 945 Second Street, Lobby Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Drop box      located on the west side of the building near the drive up window. 

Pay By Credit Card Over the Phone or Online:

     To make an electronic payment use this link KanPay.  You will be required to enter an e-mail address to obtain your receipt.  There will be a service fee charged by KanPay  to provide this service.  Your payment is not complete until it has passed authorization, settlement and the transaction fee is received by the City of Phillipsburg.  KanPay is not owned or operated by the City of Phillipsburg.

Should the transaction not complete for any reason including, but not limited to card fraud, agency non-acceptance or information failure; you are liable for all interest and penalties associated with your obligation to conduct this payment. Any failures associated with the processing of this transaction are your responsibility.

All notices to appear will be mailed to the last known address. If you have an open case, keeping your address current with the court is critical. If a notice to appear cannot be delivered by the Post Office because you have not kept your address current, a warrant may be issued. You may change your address by contacting the court in person, telephone or email.
